Nokia Touch And Type X3-02, Now Officially Announced

Nokia announced their first touch and type phone. A phone which has both, touchscreen and a regular alphanumeric keypad. The X3-02 will have a 2.4 inch TFT resistive touchscreen of QVGA resolution with 256k color support.

The X3-02 will also be the first S40 device to sport a touchscreen. It will have a 3.5mm audio slot and a dedicated music button. The external microSD will be expandable up to 16GB.

The X3-02 will have 2G and 3G connectivity. Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n will be present. The Bluetooth version is 2.1 with A2DP support. The camera is of 5MP resolution with fixed focus but it will lack flash. Video will also be recorded but the resolution is still unknown. We predict the video recording resolution to be QVGA.

The X3-02 will be available in White Silver, Dark Metal, Petrol Blue, Pink and Lilac colors. The X3-02 will release at the end of Q3 2010 and the price is expected to be around EUR 130.
